We also undertake design tasks based on the total construction budget. This can be calculated with the prices of TERC Kft. or agreed on with your chosen construction company.
The price of the construction log and the construction plan will be around 5000 HUF/m2 for family homes with a floor area less than 300m2. This price is only a guideline and is not an official quote. Protected historical sites and cityscape regulations might slow down the process, and documentation for the Planning Board might cause extra expenses.
Jobs Involving Tenders:
Licensing level documentation is sufficient for the administration of a support tender.
In most cases the licensing plan is 40% of the total documentation cost.
